Is it possible to receive an estimate over the phone or do you have to come for an inspection?
We provide both verbal and written estimates. All estimates are free and come with no strings attached. To obtain a written estimate, go to our website’s “estimate” link and fill out the required information. We will need to know what sort of service we will be providing and how many square feet we will be cleaning in order to provide an accurate house cleaning quotation. Is it necessary for me to be present when you clean?
No, there’s no need for you to be there as long as you have a method to let us in when you’re not at home. If it helps you feel more at ease, you are invited to remain and observe what we do. Our house cleaning staff are all trustworthy and polite; however, they do operate on a schedule, so make sure to leave them enough room to do their tasks.
If I am sick or anything comes up, how can I cancel or reschedule a clean?
Reschedules and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Lockouts and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Please call our office before 7:30 a.m. if you are unwell and it is your cleaning day. We’ll do all we can to reschedule your cleaning for the following week.
